Wildlife Removal
| Snakes find their way into your home while looking for food (mice, rats, etc). These animals aren't looking for a home and typically come inside by accident. |
|
 |
Moles can cause lots of unsightly damage to your lawn. Usually there are only 3-4 moles per acre. These small animals have to feed every 2-3 hours due to their high metabolism. This explains all the destructive tunnels. The best way to rid your yard of moles is to trap them. Treating the lawn with chemicals to try and eliminate their food source, grubs and worms, has been shown to produce little if any results. Give us a call and we can help.
Voles are small rodents that cause damage to your flower gardens. They feed on the roots and tubers of your plants. You may notice that your plants are wilting and dying for no reason. The culprit is more than likely voles.
Dead Animal Removal
Noticing a foul odor coming from the crawl space? Got a dead deer in your yard? If you have a dead animal on your property that you want removed, we can help. We can also treat the crawl space with an enzyme that will help destroy the foul odor. No animal is too small or too large.

Update..
Squirrel calls have been the norm lately. Flying squirrels are making their way into attics. If you are hearing noises mainly at night, there's a good chance that you have flying squirrels.
Grey squirrels have also been very busy making nests in attics and attic fans. The female squirrels are prepairing to have their young within the next few weeks. Once the young are born, your one squirrel could turn into 5-6 squirrels. Grey squirrels are known for chewing on electrical wires and destroying insulation.
Squirrels are also finding their way down chimneys and into dryer vents. It is not recommended to try and remove these animals yourself. They have a very strong bite and sharp teeth. The average leather gloves are not enough protection to safetly remove these feisty critters.
Bats calls have been picking up. Bats are now coming out of hibernation and migrating back into our area. We have been seeing Brazilian Free-tailed bats. These are very small, not much bigger than a mouse and can invade your home in great numbers.
NOTE: It is very important that if you have or have had bats, that your home be bat proofed BEFORE June. The baby bats are born in June and you will have to wait till Agust to have them removed. If you attempt to bat proof the home and do not use the proper technique, you could trap bats inside your home. Most of the time the bats can be found roosting in your vents at the peak of the roof. Even though there is screening on the inside of the vent, this is not sufficient enough to keep the bats from gaining access to your home. If you happen to find a bat in inside your home...DO NOT release it. It is recommended by the Health Department that you have the bat tested (for free) for rabies. Give us a call and we can remove the bats without harm. Our work is guaranteed for 5 years. 919-896-4278
Bats. One of the signs that you may have bats is the presence of their droppings on the sides of your home. The droppings look like large mouse droppings. Bats like to roost in your attic. They gain access through the vents in your attic. Even though most vents have screening on the inside, the bats can still get through. They also will gain access through any crack the width of your thumb. Do not try to remove the bats yourselves. Bats can carry rabies. If you do not bat proof your home properly, you can trap bats in your house unknowingly. Give us a call, we can come out and check your home and give you a consolation. We can properly identify how the bats are getting into your home. Most homes have at least 10-15 entry points that bats can use gain entry to the home. We enable the bats to exit your home safely and make it impossible for them to return. We also remove the guano (bat droppings). Our bat proofing is guaranteed for five years. No bats are harmed during this process.

More often than not , you will need your vapor barrier replaced and the crawlspace deodorized. We offer vapor barrier replacement and crawlspace deodorizing.
Give us a call and we will safely remove the animal and perform the clean up.
